About us 

On each of our RV Caravans, you'll be accompanied by expert guides - WagonMasters (RallyMasters for Rallies) and TailGunners - which we collectively call Travel Ambassadors. Our professional leaders receive annual classroom recertification training in addition to ongoing practical training in the field.

WagonMasters are the tour leaders, who are problem solvers and orchestrate the flow of events on tour. TailGunners assist the WagonMasters and are typically the last traveler in order to help guests every step - and mile - of the way
